BANDON DUNES 2025

We are thrilled to invite you to an IGC Members Trip to Bandon Dunes, Oregon on July 27th - 31st, 2025.

The legendary Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is the ultimate destination for golfers, known for its vast, seaside links-style courses along the Oregon coast - home to four of Golf Digest’s Top 100 Golf Courses in America. The property is made up of seven golf courses - including golf’s media darling, the Sheep Ranch, plus designs from Tom Doak (Old Macdonald and Pacific Dunes) and Coore & Crenshaw (Bandon Trails), plus the two short courses (Shorty’s and Bandon Preserve), as well as the original namesake, Bandon Dunes.

Our group is staying at the Grove Cottages, and we have tee times confirmed at all seven courses throughout our stay. Lunch will be enjoyed at various locations convenient to the courses being played, and dinners will take place at different dining establishments at the resort every night.

Cost to join is $5,750 per person, and includes the rounds of golf, lodging, and dining (itinerary below). Reminder that ALL members from all clubs are welcome to join.

  • The only restrictions are handicaps of 24+ for men, and 30+ for women.

  • We are doing an optional day in Eugene where we play golf in Eugene, dinner at a local spot in Eugene and stay at a local hotel in the city. This will be Saturday, July 26th.We suggest being in Eugene (connect typically in Dallas, Denver, etc.) by noon on Saturday the 26th. If opting out of Eugene, you will need to coordinate transportation to Bandon from Eugene Airport (2.5 hours) or Portland Airport (4.5 hours). You can also arrive in Eugene by Sunday the 27th by 9:30 a.m. and ride on the shuttle with the team.

  • If flying in on Saturday, July 26th, 2025:

    • Arrive by noon in Eugene for golf and dinner

    • Arrive anytime before midnight to stay in Eugene

    If arriving Sunday, July 27th, 2025:

    • Arrive by 9:00 a.m. to catch IGC shuttle from Eugene to Bandon Dunes

    • Arrive in Portland by 9:00 a.m. and travel yourself (car rental)

    • Arrive in Eugene by 11:00 a.m. and travel yourself (car rental)

  • Transportation to and from Eugene airport is optional and can be provided at an additional fee of $162.

  • No, only those playing golf are eligible to sign up.

  • The deposit is $1,150 or 20% of the total fees, and will be due shortly after registration is confirmed. The balance payment will be due no later than 4 weeks before the tour starts.

  • If you need to cancel, you can cancel prior to April 21st, 2025 and receive your deposit back. If you cancel between April 21st and April 28th, 2025, you will lose your deposit. If cancelling after April 29th, 2025 you will lose the entire amount of the event.
