For this reason we created The Intown Ten — a short list of tried-and-true club essentials that we hand selected and think every member should own.
Originally made for the Top 100 clubs in the US, we’ve been proud to carry this in multiple colors. Quiet but confident, it’s designed with the player in mind, and boasts savvy details like two sets of straps (single & double), a Sharpie slot, a range finder pouch, and a felt watch pocket. It's the preferred bag you’ll find at places like Cypress Point and Augusta National. And if it’s good enough for them… well…
No. 2 - An IGC Hat
While we carry high-crown visors and Masters-like bucket hats, we think a proper golf hat is great for everyone. These are made for us by American Needle, come in lightweight cotton (perfect for summer) and are shaped to fit both men & women.
No. 3 - A Needlepoint Belt
Perhaps the humble brag status symbol and “must have” of golf clubs is the needlepoint belt. The best-of-the-best go with Smathers & Branson. They make three variations of belts for us, but the tried-and-true is the simple key in this super-versatile dark green.
No. 4 — Knit Wood Headcovers & No. 5 — A Leather Putter Headcover
We always use our key logo (vs. our name) as our mark — if you know you know. Probably no better placement than on headcovers. We have a variety of options, but the classic combination is knit headcovers for your woods — made by ForeEwe out of Oregon — and a magnetic blade headcover in pull-up leather for your putter.
No. 6 - A Canvas Club Tote
Good for the guy or gal on-the-go, this tough canvas tote — which features dark green handles, a side pouch, plus a pocket for keys and your phone on the inside — is modeled after our favorite LL Bean version. An elegant but practical bag for the gym, pool, beach, office, or practically anywhere you’re taking kids.
No. 7 - the Players Glove
You only need one brand and style of glove: the Titleist Players Glove. Made out of Cabretta leather, it’s their top-of-the-line, and best glove in the world. You can also find it in the Titleist Tour Van... but we think our golf shop is a little more convenient.

No. 8 — Leather Valuables Pouch
Made for us by Mackenzie, this valuables pouch is perfect for your wallet, keys, cell phone or perhaps your collection of favorite divot tools you’ve collected through the years. It tucks neatly into any golf bag.
No. 9 — Titleist Pro-V1s & Pro-V1X
We carry one type of ball with the IGC logo — the Titleist Pro-V. Which, of course, needs no introduction. We’ve got specially branded boxes of two sleeves. Stick one ball in your ball rack and the other five in your bag. Don’t forget to grab some complimentary tees while you’re at it.
No. 10 — Tervis Tumbler
What do ya gotta know? The undefeated collectible of clubs and destinations alike, we carry a 16oz Tervis with a green key and matching top. It’s double-walled to keep the hot drinks hot, and the cold drinks cold. Equally as good for morning coffee as it is for evening cocktails.
