Overview

We’re excited to be spending three days at The Olde Farm in Bristol, VA for a full weekend of golf from October 30–November 1, 2026. Members are welcome to bring guests.

This trip will be hosted by Coach Mike Smith of the Atlanta Falcons, and brings the notable Olde Farm experience — championship golf, gracious Southern hospitality, and a private group dinner under the stars at the outdoor pavilion.

  • Dates: Friday October 30 – Sunday November 1, 2026

  • Location: The Olde Farm, Bristol, VA

  • Format: Member-Guest

  • Golf: 9 or 18 holes (or the Par 3) on arrival Friday, two rounds Saturday, and a final round Sunday.

  • Spots Available: 15 members, guests also welcome

  • Cost: $3,200 per person (all-inclusive)

  • Accommodations: 12 on-site 4-bedroom cottages — single occupancy rooms

  • Cancellation: Rooms cancellable up to 60 days out

Golf Itinerary

  • Arrival (recommend to arrive before noon if you want to play a full 18)

    9 or 18 holes or the Par 3 (depending on arrival time)

  • Two rounds of golf, and private group dinner at the Pavilion (Lodge if weather is unfavorable)


  • One round of golf, and lunch before departure

  • $3,200 per person

    The package is all-inclusive, covering:

    • Golf and cart fees for every round of the weekend

    • Meals throughout the stay

    • House liquor, beer, and wine by the glass, from arrival to departure

    • Convenience items — snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and draft beer in the Long Barn

    • A private group dinner at the outdoor pavilion (moves to the Lodge if weather is unfavorable)

    • Taxes

    Caddie fees, retail purchases, staff gratuities, and any alcohol requested to be stocked at the lodge are NOT included.

  • We will be staying on the Olde Farm property for both nights. All rooms are single occupancy.

  • All meals starting with lunch on Friday through lunch on Sunday are included. House liquor, wine, and beer are also included.

    No top shelf liquor is included and outside F&B is not allowed.

  • Registration is now open. A 10% deposit is billed at the time of registration to hold your spot.

  • The remaining balance is due in full by October 9, 2026 (21 days prior to the trip), and is non-refundable after that date.

  • Transportation to and from The Olde Farm is not included — participants should plan to arrive and depart independently. The nearest airport is Tri-Cities Regional Airport (TRI), about 19 miles (roughly 25 minutes) from the club at 16639 Old Jonesboro Road, Bristol, VA 24202.

  • Golf & daytime: Collared shirts (tucked in), tailored shorts or trousers, golf skirts, and proper golf footwear. Cargo shorts, flip-flops, tennis shoes, T-shirts, and workout apparel are not permitted.

    Dining: Golf attire or dark, well-kept denim is fine in the main dining areas — just remove hats indoors. If a dinner is held in the Parlor, blazers are required for men.

    (Our Saturday group dinner is at the outdoor pavilion, so standard golf/resort attire should apply)
